The Intensity!
A pre workout is a crucial part of my routine that gives me a mind muscle connection and intense focus. If that is all that it did, then that would be enough, but its not. The feeling of the blood flowing through my arms during an intense body pump is an added benefit. Ever since I began using a pre workout back in 2009, I have never stopped. We all know that it takes being in the gym day in and day out to produce results, and what Lit Up does for me is gives me an experience that I can’t wait for every single day!
I still hit new levels of intensity I did not know existed and that is what it is all about. I am thankful for pre workouts, and my muscle bellies are thankful as well as those new levels produce crazy results. In 2009 I stacked Drive and Rpm for the first time for a pre workout, and I never looked back. Today I switch between Lit Up and that stack, but I can count on only a hand full of times I have worked out without a pre workout.
With the full clinical dose of D-Aspartic Acid that Lit Up provides, I know my testosterone levels are at there peak while remaining all natural. What else that seperates Lit Up from the other stimulant overloaded pre workouts is that it doesn’t suppress my appetite. A post workout meal is crucial for growth and I always am able to get a good one in after an intense workout without the crazy stemmed out feeling and crash that those others provide.
If nothing else the benefit of adding that extra level of focus to a workout is unbelievable. My workouts involve few words. I put my headphones on, put my head down, and get it done. That natural high and pump is what I look forward to all day long. I never new that my skin could get so tight, as if it is going to rip and my muscles are going to explode through! That is what it is about, the intensity, the experience.
